2. Audacity - Easy to use, powerful and free way to record on location

3. Paint.net - Easier than Photoshop and does most of what I need

4. Survey Monkey - Finding more and more ways to use this

5. Sharepoint - We add our own gadgets and it's all the LCMS we need

6. Adobe Captivate - Best of the breed, for software simulations

7. Movavi Videosuite - Easy reliable editing, resizing, converting, etc

8. Raptivity - For those extra flash templates and games when needed.

9. GotoTraining - My favourite synchronous tool.

10. Wikipedia - Instant trivia on demand.
