What part will a LMS play in your organisational learning strategy in the next few years?

Please take my Twitter (straw) poll, as I am writing a new article on the role of the LMS in the modern workplace.  If you are not on Twitter, then please do leave your response below.

Out-of-date. Experience API and Learning Record Stores are more relevant if you want to see what is working.

Depending upon the type of organization, I think the LMS will continue to play an important role. It should evolve over the next ten years but companies that are in a compliance industry will still require annual certifications and recertifications.
Learning Record Stores and curation tools will start to play a larger role but companies will need to step back to see all this should fit together.
The LMS still plays a great role when it comes to audience organization, notifications, and formal learning reports.
