    You think face to face learning must be better than digital learning

    While I do agree with many of the things on the list, I feel it has a very condescending tone. This is surprising to me as something being posted on your site, Jane. I usually like your content because your are generally very optimistic and positive about influencing change. Mostly just a surprising change of tone for and article with your name on it.

      Kyle, I guess it depends on where you are positioned, e.g. if you strongly hold many of these views. Most people have written to tell us how useful they have found it as a way to show their organisations what outdated practices look like.
