L&D: We’re here to help you – not control you!

In my last post, I shared a tongue-in-cheek image of how some L&D departments feel the need to control all the learning that takes place in their organisation. So In this post I want to share an example of how a L&D department in a smart organisation sees its role as enabling and supporting learning more broadly in the workplace – in this case by encouraging autonomous learning on the Social Web.
