Comments from those who selected Eudora as one of their Top 10 Tools in 2007

  • "I've been using Eudora since 1995. Since then I've kept just about all of my incoming messages (apart from spam and junk obviously) and all my outgoing messages in thousands of searchable folders. Eudora is now going open source. Better mail applications may now exist, but I've got quite a lot invested in Eudora"  David Jennings
  • "Yes, I use Thunderbird for some stuff, but Eudora is still my workhorse for email. Easy to organize, fast to load, easy to get into the files and change things around, clearing out old material. I know, I gotta move on...."  Lisa M Lane
  • "I filter, color code, and even set special audio announcements when new messages arrive from colleagues. I can even set it to read the subject lines aloud but that gets annoying"  Michael McVey
